Water Country USA opens in May! SeaWorld is committed to the health and safety of our guests.
Virginia’s largest water park, Water Country USA near the Busch Gardens theme park offers state-of-the-art water rides and resort-style amenities in an ideal Williamsburg location. Guests to the 43-acre park can enjoy a number of attractions, including a free-floating river ride, a high-energy water playground, a relaxing wave pool, winding water slides, exciting tube rides and more.

Do Water Country USA tickets expire?
Yes, they are only valid for the season.
Is smoking allowed at Water Country USA?
Country USA is committed to a safe and friendly environment. Therefore we have provided designated smoking stations throughout the park. All indoor areas will remain smoke-free environments. Outdoor smoking stations are designated in guest areas by smoking urns, benches and "Designated Smoking Area" signs, which are situated near most restrooms. These signs are marked on the park maps.
What options are available if I want to bring my pet to the park?
Pet care is provided in the England Parking Lot for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed inside the park. The facility is ventilated but not temperature-controlled. Pets will be offered fresh water, but it is the owner's responsibility to bring food and feed their pet. Trained service animals are welcome at Water Country USA.
Are coolers or picnic baskets allowed inside Water Country USA?
Picnic baskets and coolers are not allowed inside the park. (Exception: Baby food and medicine are permitted, but not in glass containers.) Guests are not allowed to bring food or flavored drinks into the park. We do allow each guest to bring one water bottle (plastic).
Can I rent a stroller or wheelchair at Water Country USA?
Strollers, Wheelchairs & Electric Carts are available for a nominal fee. You must be 18 years of age to rent electric carts and wheelchairs.
How much does it cost to park at Water Country USA?
General Parking: $17
Preferred Parking: $20-$30
Multi-Day Parking: $45 Valid up to 7 consecutive days
Are life vests available at Water Country USA?
The water park does provide free life vests to guests, in a variety of sizes. Guests are also allowed to bring their own.
What is the required attire at the water park?
Guests may wear swimsuits or shorts, and T-shirts on rides. Thong bathing suits are not permitted and T-Shirts may not be worn on Body Flumes rides. Aqua socks are allowed on rides and in pool areas.
What happens if it rains?
Water Country remains open during inclement weather, although some of the parks rides and attractions may be temporarily affected. Refunds and rain checks will not be issued due to inclement weather.
What kind of security should I expect at Water Country USA?

What kind of items can I bring on a ride?
Loose articles are not permitted in the ride queue lines or on our major attractions. This includes but is not limited to, bags and purses, cameras, cell phones, hats, keys, and wallets. Items must be safely secured in a sealed pocket, a waist pack, left in a locker or with a non-rider.
Can I take pictures while on a Water Country USA ride?
No. Due to the nature and dynamics of all rides and the potential for injury, the following items are not permitted on any ride:

Yes. All-day lockers are available for rent for an additional fee.
Is a First Aid Station available at the waterpark?
Yes. The First Aid Station is located near Launch Pad Express Cafe. Mobile first aid units are also available.
